Dr Dick Beatty and The legendary Vasectomist team visit The Gold Coast on alternate Thursdays, and the occasional Friday. You can expect a warm welcome from Kasey, our team member who visits Coomera with the doctor.

Our particular ‘niche’ on the Gold Coast is an amazingly comfortable sedation-free vasectomy. Whilst most men have anxiety about the procedure, fewer than 1 in 500 men do not proceed due to anxiety. In other words, you’ll be just fine.

We pride ourselves on a great service and excellent outcomes.

I had had a vasectomy on the 11th of December very happy with the procedure and never thought I'd be talking to a man while he snipped my balls and enjoy it. Thanks to Dr D and Kasey for a quick and smooth procedure with minimal discomfort 10/10 will definitely recommend

I had my vasectomy procedure yesterday with Dr Dick Beatty, it was quite a simple process and all done quite quickly. Today I have minimal discomfort, that a Nurofen easily takes care of.I was able to drive myself to and from the appointment.I was a little anxious and as usual for me I was a little pale and faint during the procedure, however Dr Dick Beatty was great, he engaged in conversation to help distract me and relax.Nurse Katie was also a fantastic help after the procedure ensuring I was feeling better and provided information and a sugary drink to help me feel better.Highly recommended service.And a funny stubby cooler to take home

Comfortable experience with Dr Beattie and his assistant Kasey. They explain every detail of the procedure, aftercare and even a follow up by Dr Beattie next day via text to see how you are traveling. Had my vasectomy with Dr. Dick in August 2025. Just got the pathology back confirming no more swimmers! I have to say, the service was fantastic, and Dr. Dick made me feel very comfortable while "sealing the pipes" so to speak. The whole process was quick and easy. If you're looking for a vasectomy, I definitely recommend Dr. Dick Beatty.

Relax, princess — Dr Beatty and Nurse Kasey have this down to an art. These two are so bloody good at their job they could probably de-ball a rooster blindfolded while eating a sausage sizzle.We all rock up with the same fears:“Will it hurt?”“Will my nuggets still work?”“Will I walk out sounding like I just inhaled helium?”But nah. Walk into Dr Beatty’s office and the bloke is so calm, you start questioning whether you’re even here for surgery or just a yarn about last weekend’s footy. Blink twice and BAM — 20 minutes later, your swimmers have been honourably discharged.Then in struts Nurse Kasey — absolute queen, 12/10 bedside manner — handing you a drink, a recovery pack, and a vibe that says, “Mate, you’re not as tough as you think. Go home and lie down before you pass out.”Recovery tip from the trenches:Tell the missus you need at least a few days off work. Milk it. Lean into it. Become one with the couch. Claim you can’t lift anything heavier than a stubby. Nah, seriously get the rest!Now here’s where it gets spicy — you’ve got a mission:25 explosive solo performances. ONCE RECOVERED!Yep. Doctor’s orders. It’s the only time in life you can legally say, “Sorry babe, can’t help with the kids… I’m under medical instruction to go flog the dolphin.”After 25 rounds of Aussie artillery training, you hand in a sample to confirm you’re shooting blanks. And once that tick comes back?Gentlemen… it’s open season. No condoms. No panic. No surprise ankle-biters in nine months. M1 exit 57 (Oxenford, Hope Island) onto Dreamworld Parkway. Once parked, take the lift to level 1, where you will see the clinic opposite the lift exit.
